What is Fitness Boxing?

Fitness Boxing is an aerobic exercise program designed to teach the fundamentals of boxing while getting into shape and learning proper striking techniques. Unlike other aerobic boxing or cardio kickboxing classes where you are throwing kicks and punches mindlessly, here you will learn the proper forms and techniques for power and proper movement to effectively defend yourself.
